Founded in 2000 as Kempson’s Lawn Service. Providence Outdoor is the result of a 2007 merger of Kempson’s Lawn Service, Palmer Lawn Care, and Four Seasons Lawncare who combined to form a company that could better serve their collective clientele. Since 2007 Providence has grown quickly and in 2014 merged with Noblesville based landscape company Greenview, Inc. Providence currently performs work on 500+ residential and commercial properties per year and has been on 4,000+ properties. We employee between 35-45 depending on the season.

Founder Joel Kempson is a graduate of Taylor University and has over 25 years of experience working in landscape maintenance, snow and ice control, and landscape installation. Joel, his wife Christy, and their children Sam, Max, and Hazel live in Hamilton County.

Providence is currently executively managed by Joel Kempson, Aaron Stevens, Julian Hodges, Danielle Holden, and Marla Wallace.
